Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, digital products are made available immediately or within a short processing time. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure device compatibility and internet access.
No Returns for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The digital product is technically defective or inaccessible
- The content fails to function as described
- The file is corrupted or permanently unavailable due to a platform error
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include sufficient details to allow verification.
Non-Refundable Cases

Copyright and Content Availability
Digital content may be removed or restricted if required by law, copyright enforcement, or platform policies. Such removals do not automatically entitle the user to a refund unless the content becomes permanently inaccessible due to our fault.
